| Our first gite will be ready for guests from the 1st of June 2008. After much hard work in the construction of the pool and surrounding landscape we have now been able to set to work on the first of four gites. To describe the gite in as much detail as possible, this gite sleeps six with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all located upstairs next to the shower room and w/c. The gite is renovated to a high standard with the use of good quality materials. The gite has a contemporary feel but with as much of the original features left in place ( beams, stonework etc ). The gite has a space of over 90m2 and has a private 25m2 terrace complete with table and chairs. The downstairs is open plan with the living space located next to the French doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen is situated to the rear with a dining area next to it covering an area of 16m2. The gite has all the equipment you would expect, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, Sat TV, Dvd, Hi-fi, Leather sofas, Wood burner, European and UK sockets, secure parking. The gite has views over our own 4 acre field and neighbouring fields and woodland. We have on our field a pony, a donkey and two pygmy goats, some wild animals and birds including red kites and buzzards. You may even see one of our bantams wandering about. The gite is available to all, long term lets, holiday makers, house hunters ( let us know if you want to find a local estate agent ), anglers, artists etc and if we can, we will help you along the way. The gite has use of the swimming pool and tub and all other facilities available at the time. We have also acquired a separate 1 hectare field with private river frontage only a 10 minute drive away, perfect for fishing, camping, picnics etc. Campers can pitch here and use the pool at the complex from April 2008.
