Prices include gas and electricity for cooking, lighting, hot and cold water. Heating is included in the price for October
through to May. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request. Prices include bed linen (pillowcases,
duvet covers and mattress sheet) & towels. Beach towels may be hired at €4 per person / per towel.

Hiring charges are to be paid in euros on arrival.

Bookings should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20%, payable by credit card or cheque, with the balance
payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. It is suggested that guests take out a holiday insurance to cover
loss of deposit or total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances.
Terms and conditions apply : Please respect the complex, property, staff and other holiday makers. Children must be
accompanied in the pool area by an adult at all times or you may be asked to leave the complex without refund.

Includes rental of gite, free camping for night fishing etc, situated just 5
