TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices include gas and electricity for cooking, lighting, hot and cold water. Heating is included in the
price for October through to May. Cots and high chairs are available, free of charge, on request. Prices
include bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers and mattress sheet) & towels. Beach towels may be hired at
€4 per person / per towel.

Hiring charges are to be paid in euros on arrival or at the point of hire.
Food and drink, (if purchased) is to be paid for upon placement of order.

Bookings should be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20%, payable by credit card, cheque or
bank transfer with the balance payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday.A 150€ cash returnable
waver is due on arrival, returned to you at the end of your stay in cash, less damage ( if any ). Gites must
be left in a clean and tidy state after your stay, if you do not wish to clean the gite you can pay 20€ and we
will clean the gite for you ( limitations apply ). It is suggested that guests take out a holiday insurance to
cover loss of deposit or for the total holiday price due to unforeseen circumstances and also to cover
injury, theft etc.

The loan/hire/rental of bikes, guided walks, bike tours, accommodation, usage of pool, etc, is at your own
risk (please take out the necessary travel insurance).

Terms and conditions apply : Please respect the complex, property, staff and other holiday makers at all
times. Children must be accompanied in the pool area by an adult at all times or you may be asked to
leave the complex without refund.

All accommodation is non-smoking, smoking and mobile phones are restricted in the pool enclosure for
the benefit of other holiday makers

Changeover - We do not have a particular changeover day, this is chosen by you. However we do need
to ask that you do not enter the gite before 14:00 on the day of arrival ( unless prior arrangements have
been made) and ask that you vacate the gite at 11:00 ( unless prior arrangements have been made) this
is to allow for cleaning of the gite. If you need to change these times please ask.
